Take time out to give yourself some well deserved 'me-time' with our pause and unwind total relaxation classes.
In these classes there is no physical yoga practised. We work solely on nourishing ourselves with mindful breathing practices, meditation, and a much longer guided yoga relaxation at the end of the session, using pillows and blankets to snuggle up under. We also have lovely, calming music to listen to, aromatherapy essential oils burning to relax you, and lavender scented eye pillows to use - a real feast for your senses!
Monthly classes one Tuesday per month 19.15-20.15
7.00 per session when booked and paid for in advance. Drop in rate 8 but no place guaranteed.
Please note that these classes tend to be in high demand so book early to avoid disappointment!
