Rebecca, our qualified clinical hypnotherapist, is also a qualified E.F.T. (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner. EFT is an acupressure technique that involves the use of fingertips rather than needles to tap on the same energy meridians that are used in acupuncture. The treatment is non-invasive and works on treating both physical and emotional ailments.
Rebecca is a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist and E.F.T. Practitioner registered with both the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) and the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
She uses hypnosis (a safe and natural state of altered consciousness) to help people to make positive changes to their lives by releasing unwanted emotions and updating their behavioural patterns or thought processes.

Monthly relax and rejuvenate sessions every 2nd Wednesday of the month 12.15 pm
This 45 minute session combines a mix of mindful breathing exercises, deep relaxation, hypnosis techniques and guided meditation to promote a sense of deep inner calm.
Sessions are £7 (advanced payment) or £8 on the day. Booking is essential to secure your place.
